Weak rear hinge. Front hinge split making text quite shaky. Undated however inked gifting on front free endpaper states Merry Xmas to Marguerite from Ethel and dated Dec 25th 1911. Endpapers are green/white. Front free endpaper and title page almost completely separated. Rest of text still quite together. Text is clean with some minor foxing.
