Blue coloured boards with gilt writing on the spine. Shelf wear evident to the lower edges of the book and dust marks to the top paper edge. Very slight bump into the head and to the heel of the spine there has been a split in the hinge (underling webbing can be seen) between verso of ffep., and a half title page. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Steve Crisp, with white, red and orange writing on the front panel and orange and white on the spine. Very minor rubbing to the corners of the dustwrapper and to the head into the heel of the spine. The unicorns, from another world, are dying. Four people must find the way to help save the unicorns because "... it is clear that the lives and sanity of many depend upon their presence here on earth.". This is the first UK edition.
