McKinney, pastor of Presbyterian church in Holldaysburg, Pa., was also a publisher, founding the Presbyterian Banner in 1852 in Philadelphia, later merging that publication with the Pittsburgh-based Presbyterian Advocate. None found in trade at time of writing April 2020.
