Gilt lettering direct to leather at spine largely effaced and rubbed away. Lacking the map but illustrated with a very large number of woodcuts. Leather scuffed and rubbed over spine. Joints and hinges sound. Spotting and foxing scattered throughout. A damp line across the top third of the final 20% of pages. Some signatures starting a little at the front edge. Good only .
