Octavo (23cm.); publisher's staplebound and hole-punched self-wrappers; 52pp. Light toning and a hint of wear to extremities, else Very Good or better. Appeal made by Australian-born union leader of the International Longshoremen's Association and two fellow union members for "conspiracy to fraudulently secure Bridges' naturalization" in 1945. At the time Bridges had lied about his membership to the CPUSA though the present charge was eventually overturned by the Supreme Court due to the statute of limitations.
