Goods can be returned if incorrectly described providing notification is received within seven days of receipt. Please notify us first before returning goods to us Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping prices quoted are for various tracked rates worldwide, and are based on books weighing 2.2 lb,or 1 kg. For heavy or oversized books we will contact you to advise you of any extra shipping costs. When ordering from countries where shipments cannot be reliably tracked the shipment will be the customer's own responsibility. Incoterms for all goods shipped internationally are DAP - Delivered at Place. DAP simply means that we are responsible for delivering the goods to an agreed address and the recipient is responsible for any import and customs costs.
