Dust jacket edges a touch darkened and with a couple of small nicks. Inscribed on the flyleaf to Canadian writer Greg Gatenby, Greg's ownership signature to top right corner. Page 30 and 31 with suggestions to the titles in pencil made by Gascoyne and initialled by him.
