Fair. 16mo, pp. 164, 14 pages of advertising, original blind ruled, gilt decorated and lettered red cloth, damp stained and faded, rubbed and worn, interior with owner's signature erased on ffep causing a small whole, missing Baxter print frontispiece and page between rear end paper and advertisements has been torn out, front paste down is coming away from board, some pencil juvenile scribbles to rear end papers, text itself has a few marks and folded corners but very presentable, binding sound.
