Clean pages with light graphite markings/marginalia on pages 13/14 only. 19 pp. Bound with string and gray tape. Green-blue cardboard cover with green cloth spine. Blue and white sticker on front cover with title and information in handwriting. There is heavy rubbing along the edges of the cover and much has been worn away. Green cloth spine has discoloration and holes in it. Overall very good condition. Full refund if not satisfied.
