Cover has wear, a small crease in upper and lower right front corners, and moisture staining in upper left front, upper right rear, along top rear, and on spine. Some light moisture staining on top page edges about a third of the way out from spine. Pages have some moisture crinkling in upper left. First six pages have a slight crease in upper right corner. One other page has a crease in upper right corner. Signed and inscribed by the author, I. Harding Hughes, Jr., to former book owner on title page.
