This book was issued by the Museum for the Protection of Motherhood and Infancy in Moscow under the Department of the People's Commissariat of Health. It was opened in 1923 for the 5th anniversary of Soviet medicine.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find any information about the artist of this book.
We couldn't trace any copy of this edition in USA or European libraries via OCLC.
