Full green calf, boards ruled in gilt and blind, gilt-stamped ornament in spine compartments (5 raised bands), gilt-stamped lettering on upper board and in brown morocco spine label, inside gilt dentelles, a.e.g.; 8vo (7 x 9.5 inches); pp. [232], plus full-color frontispiece and 11 color plates by Arthur Rackham, and with numerous b/w illustrations in text. A nice binding, near fine, spine just a bit sunned and dry. In green marbled paper slipcase -- a bit scuffed. Previous owner's bookplate on front paste-down.
