Hardcover. 1841, 8vo (approx 5.75 x 8.75) , xxix, 252pp with 200 engravings by George Dorrington. 3/4 Brown Leather Binding over Marble Boards with Matching end-papers and marble edges, 5 raised bands with gilt title and author. In Very Good+ condition with well-hydrated leather, a strong spine showing no cracking or splitting, strong hinges showing no separation or starting, and no loose or missing pages. Foxing throughout. Outer covers show general rubbing and reading wear, with occasional surface scratches to the boards, but again, the binding is solid and in no way compromised. Bumping to the corners and edges. ; Two Hundred Engravings; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 252 pages .
