Signed but with No Inscription or Personalization by the Authors, Mary Cahill and Gary Grant , on the Front End Page. This Book is in Good Condition. The Dust Jacket has some Edgewear, including Chipping at the Head of the Spine, a 3/8" long Tear at the Fore Edge of the Front Cover, a Couple of 3/4" long Tears at the Top Edge of the Rear Cover, and a 2 1/4" long Tape-repaired (on the Inside) Tear at the Bottom Edge of the Front Cover, but the Dust Jacket has No Stains or Other Major Damage. The Hardcover Boards retain Sharp Corners with No Tears, Creases, Stains, or Any Major Damage. The Binding is Strong and Intact. The Interior is Clean and Unmarked (other than the Authors' Signatures, of course) with No Writing, Highlighting, or Underlining and has No Tears, Creases, Stains, Mold, or Any Major Damage. The Page Edges have No Remainder Mark, Foxing, Stains, or Any Major Damage. Securely Packed and Promptly Shipped.
