New York: P. F. Collier & Son, 1900. Valjean Edition. Half Bound in Leather with Marble Boards and Endpapers. These seven volumes are incomplete, missing Volume IV "By Order of The King". Measuring approximately 9.25" x 6.75" and 9.5" together on the shelf.
These volumes are in good minus condition. Moderate bumping and chipping to both ends of spine on all volumes. Volume I and VIII are heavily chipped at the head end of spine. Gilt lettering and design on spines are still full and vivid. Heavy sunning to spines and around edges of boards. Gilt top edges on all volumes have minor scuffing. Foredge and bottom edges of textblocks are sunned. Interior pages are bright and clean.
