Book Condition: Good+; suntoning to spine; sunfadint to tips of head and tail; bumped head and tail; endpaper browning; slight soiling to board edges. DJ: Good; chipping and missing small pieces at head, tail, and upper tips; light edge wear to top edges of DJ. Light blue cloth boards and spine with tarnished gilt on the spine and front board. Tinted textblock top. Deckled fore and bottom edges. Clean internals. Internal hinges are sound and not split. Frontispiece photo of GEN Billy Mitchell. 354 pp 8vo. This book tells how America can win the war (WWII). It shows how air power has won all the crucial battles to date. It explains why the United States is ideally equipped to use that weapon and take the offensive against the Axis. The author, like General Mitchell is and air power proponent fighting against an earthbound army and navy that cannot see how air power/superiority has given the Axis powers the ability to accomplish their military goals- Pearl Harbor, Poland, France. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.

I also have holdings of books on the Middle East, the southwestern United States (New Mexico especially, Kansas related titles, Oklahoma related titles, and other regionally specialized books. All of my holdings are hand-selected to be good quality books of interest to the reader, historian, or the collector.
