Hardcover published by Brentano's, 1929.First published in January 1928, this is the fourth printing from December 1929. History of Vienna, with an emphasis on the culture, music and arts. 52 black and white photos through the text. 4-7/8" X 6-7/8", 399 pages with Index. Red cloth covered boards, with the title and author name on the front cover and spine. Cover is flat, corners are not bumped or creased, all lettering on the cover is intact and legible. No dust jacket. Sewn binding is tight and square. Edges of the text block are relatively clean, with just some spots of age tanning to the top edge. Former owner's bookplate on the top corner of the first flyleaf page - about 2" X 3". No further ownership marks besides that, and no further writing. Not a library discard, not a remainder copy. Attached photos are of the copy we have in our inventory.

Recently, the USPS has added tracking to Media Mail , which has been a great addition to this service.If you do choose to have your order shipped "Expedited", my shipping cost may seem higher than expected. Some of our books are large format hardcovers that can cost quite a bit when shipped expedited. So I would like to make sure that I can cover the cost upfront. However, if the actual cost of expedited shipping is less than the charge, I will refund the difference!
