FAIR condition book, with front and rear boards detached, front board with title page attached. The pages are very bright throughout, with occasional damp marks and minor foxing. Has with it a letter from E Seligman, Charing Cross bookdealer from 1975 quoting a price of £40 back then. The engravings are of exceptional quality. Contains also text containing descriptions of the scenes to the front part of the book. 24 high quality engravings.
