Illustrated with reproductions of engravings printed recto following 25 pages of text. Half cloth binding over light green boards, gilt title in black label printed on spine, light green laid endpapers. Illustrated dust jacket printed on laid paper, unclipped. Top corner bumped, dust jacket edges faintly rubbed, else fine. Reprint of the 1827 collection, supplemented with additional tail-pieces. Introduction, notes and appendix by foremost Bewick scholar Iain Bain who headed the Tate Gallery publications department 1972 - 1994. Dust jacket preserved in a clear, removable archival sleeve.

All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured. Shipping rates are $3.50 per book; an additional $1 for every book thereafter. Sets and oversized volumes might require additional postage – indication of such will be noted in the book description. Those orders ship at cost. Other shipping modes are available per arrangement. Institutions will be billed per requirements.
