Size: 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/8 inches // Date: circa 1910 -1917 // Condition: This vintage photograph is in fine or better collectible condition with light edge wear, dust soiling to the front of the picture at the edges, and light dust soiling to the back of the card. See Photograph; Born July 11, 1884, Howard Estabrook entered show business in New York in 1904 as a stage actor. He appeared in several films starting in 1914. He directed a few films in 1917. He left films for a career in business, but returned in 1921. He was in executive positions different studios, then he began producing films in 1924. He turned to screenwriting, and was responsible for several classics of Hollywood such as "Hell's Angels" 1930, "Cimarron" 1931 (he won an Academy Award) and others. .
