Sobre este artículo
Dessau, Germany: Professor Dr. Hugo Junkers, 1931. No Binding. Good. Good. Vintage Professor Dr. Hugo Junkers Stamped/Canceled Envelope Only, Unsigned, Without Letter, April 6, 1932. From the collection of American collector Richard Calow. Just Good; 6 7/16" x 4 9/16", age-toned, tape is holding flap on. See scan. Though only so indicated in pencil on the obverse, this is the envelope in which a letter was sent by Professor Dr. Hugo Junkers to a Clara Adams in Stroudsburg, PA, which was received by her on April 6, 1932. Dated posted in Germany appears to be March 24, 1932 (zoom on scan), though the stamp cancellation is difficult to read. Junkers was a German aircraft engineer and aircraft designer of highest fame; he is developed many German war aircraft and civil aircraft from long before World War II, and he is generally credited with pioneering the design of all-metal airplanes and flying wings. Provenance regarding collector Calow (who likely acquired this sometime in the 60s or 70s) as the source is available to purchaser upon request. Ships ship in a new, sturdy, protective box - not a bag. In sealed storage on premises, ready to go. Lsmph4
