Volume 1 has gilt lettering on the spine with pale grey cloth boards with orange, brown and black dustjacket. Volume 2 also had pale grey cloth boards and gilt stamping on the spine but with a blue, grey and black dustjacket.
Both inscribed by Quentin Bell in 1973 after the box set was launched.Kirkpatrick [B15a - B16].
