Half-bound morocco over yellow marbled boards, gilt compartments bound by Robert Riviere, his binder's stamp to verso of free endpaper in all three volumes. li, 280pp.; xi, 286pp, viii, 271pp. + index. Light foxing, a small nick to corner of free endpaper in volume one (only partially affecting the binder's stamp), corners and edges worn, some light wear to spine and joints, boards somewhat scuffed else a very good copy in a handsome binding.
