Sobre este artículo

Norman: University of Oklahoma Press, 1932. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. 8vo. [10], 13-359, [1] pp. Orange cloth with decorations and lettering in black on the front board and spine. Price of $2.50 on the front flap of the dust jacket. Illustrated endpapers and pastedowns. Frontispiece with one fold-out diagram of the Osage Agency's Residence and eight additional full-page illustrations. Illustrated by May Todd Aaron. Hand M241. Rader 2366. A nice copy of a history of the Osage people written by a member of the Osage tribe. Mathews clearly captures the attitudes and experiences of the Osage people and their lives on the reservation. A Near Fine book with the faint odor of tobacco in a Near Fine jacket with some age darkening.
