A tight, clean, sound copy in green and tan pattern printed paepr covered boards quarter bound in tan cloth with gold graphics and gold lettering against lighter tan backgrounds on the spine with minor overall shelf wear with the endflaps of a library mylar sleeve glued to the front and back endflaps plus there is some very, very light scattered edge wear along the bottom edge of the back board plus there are the usual library marks, stamps, label, and pocket on the top and bottom outside paper edges, the front free endpaper, and the title page. A study of the life, poetry, and poetic career of the American poet Wallace Stevens. Indexed, 270p.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
