He had built a 1/8th size Carolwood Pacific Railroad to circle his property in Holmby Hills. Inspired, he then considered an adjoining theme park. Mrs. Disney contributed the Foreword, and various private episodes from their life together which eventually resulted in The Magic Kingdom. Broggie's father, Roger, helped Walt to create the railroad.
