Hardcover. pp. 383.,8vo,,Bound in original orange cloth blocked with head of Apache,The front panel of the original dust jacket, showing the colour art of Paul Stahr (depicting an Indian pointing a bow and arrow) has been cut out and pasted down onto the front pastedown of the book. The blue-tinted photograph of Burroughs, from the dust jacket, has been neatly cut out and pasted onto the half-title page. No other portions of the dust jacket are present. There is an early name, address, and date (1927) on the front free endpaper. Zeuschner 822. The last page is a glossary. Light spotting & soiling to bds. Spine sl. creased. Binding tight; overall g/vg condition.
