Moisture staining to bottom inch or so of spine carrying over onto boards 1 - 1 1/2 inches and bottom insides of endpapers at hinges and bottom of text block adjacent. Jacket is unclipped with moisture staining to same area as boards. Otherwise appears unused with sharp corners, tight binding, etc.
