London: Erskine MacDonald, 1916.. First edition. 8vo. 86, (2) pp. Publisher's dark orange cloth, gilt lettered to the spine and upper board. Most of the upper third of the front free endpaper sometime removed, spine sunned, else a decent copy. Alfred Williams (1877-1930), nicknamed the "Hammerman Poet". Williams was a native of Wiltshire and combined his private study and writing with a full time job in the Great Western Railway works at Swindon.

We exhibit at bookfairs in the UK and North America and issue regular printed catalogues. Located in the beautiful county town of Lewes in the south-east of England, we are open six days a week.
