UK,8vo HB+dw/dj,1st edn thus.[Complete number line 1 3 5 7 9 8 6 4 2.Originally and first published 8vo HB+dw/dj by Werner Laurie Ltd, (UK) in 1953.A 1st p/b issue Fontana,1969.This UK HB edn 1998,so a 1st edn thus.] FINE-/FINE-.No owner inscrptn and no price-clip (£17.99) to dw/dj.Bright,crisp,clean,glossy laminated,scenic colour photographic band illustrated dw/dj,with white and gilt lettering; with negligible shelf-wear and creasing to edges and corners - no major nicks or tears present.A tiny closed nick with some miniscule creasing to top edge of dw/dj towards spine/backstrip's front gutter.Light creasing to top,front edge of dw/dj,and rear,top corner minimally bumped with reciprocal creasing.A liquid stain/splash internally to rear,lower edge's bottom corner of dw/dj,causing slight wrinkling to dw/dj and slightly affecting the board beneath.A slight diagonal crease to rear inner flap's bottom corner.Top edges lightly dust-soiled,but otherwise these and the fore-edges are generally bright and clean; contents bright,tight,clean - pristine - no dog-ear reading creases to any pages' corners,appears unread apart from my own collation.
