Contains 16 of Washington Irving's supernatural tales including his most famous ones; Rip Van Winkle and the Legend of Sleepy Hollow. No previous owner marks. Text and illustrations clean and bright. A few pages have light brown smudges, but those are rare and in the margins not affecting text or illustrations. Both ends of spine gently rubbed. Dust jacket is price clipped. Rear flap has a small crease in it. Small chipping to tail of DJ spine, top edge of rear DJ cover has a half inch tear in it. Dust jacket now protected in Mylar. Ships same or next business day well protected in a box. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 307 pages .
