Octavo. 21 pages of annotated text and the remainder of the book is a facsimile of the corrected galley proofs of the supressed portion of Through the Looking Glass. Publisher's scarlet cloth with triple gilt fillet borders, gilt spine lettering, marbled endpapers. Very slightly cocked, else a fine copy.

Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There (1871) is a work of children's literature by Lewis Carroll (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson), generally categorized in the fairy tale genre. It is the sequel to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1865).
