In two volumes. 4to (text, 29.0 x 21.1 cm) and folio portfolio (maps, 40.2 x 29.6 cm). 230 pp.; Including "Bijlagen" nos. 1-9, with numerous tables and six folded, mostly coloured maps. Original uniform printed wrappers. A seldom-seen complete copy. The appendices 1-6 were published separately, and are much larger. Appendices 7-9 are in the rear of the text volume. especially the portfolio with the fine maps is rarely seen. Text volume well-illustrated. Damp stain to the upper left corner of the portfolio and upper margin of the text volume; cancelled stamp in the top margin of the title page; label on spine, otherwise very good, clean. The beautiful maps and text pages in pristine condition.
