New York: Collier, Publisher, 1875. This is an attractive Victorian printing (Volume Four only) of four of Scott's novels: "Rob Roy," "A Legend of Montrose," "The Bride of Lammermoore," and "The Monastery." There is no publication date, but is circa 1875. Green cloth binding, decoratively stamped in gilt with a coat-of-arms, thistle, and the author; titling in gilt on the spine. Clean text; 680 pages; page-ends stained in red. Mild rubbing to the margins; spine gilt is dulled but remains readable. Perfect for a cozy rainy night by the fire!. Later Printing. Decorative Cloth.
