NY: Farrar & Rinehart, 1945. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Poor. The patriotic scripts written during World War II when Benet was near the end of his life. Includes ten scripts including "Dear Adolf", and "They Burned the Books". Bump on bottom board corner, darkening of top board edges and spine. Dust jacket has several chips on corners and rear panel, and the rear flap is separated, but all enclosed in mylar jacket cover.
