(Simultaneously released in a trade hardcover by Collins UK, Poseidon US, and later released by Earthling Press) The book is in leather covers with gold gilt titles and gold gilt text-block.
Fine in Near Fine+/Fine- slipcase, with a few scuffs to one edge, still an exceptional copy which is very difficult to find.
