This review of the affairs at West Point, the United States Military Academy contains Brigadier General J.G. Swift's report on the academy and a letter from William Lee. A "Letter of transmittal" is signed, in type, on p. [3] by George Graham, Acting Secretary of War. Pages 11-20 contains "A roll of officers of the Army of the United States who were educated in the Military Academy, at West Point."

This copy with its original stitching, untrimmed and as-issued, and scarce as such.
