Internally there is a coloured picture of Cologne Cathedral to front endpaper held by tw phot mounts else very clean, tight and unmarked. A Very Good+ copy. Dustjacket is also VG+ and is complete. The author is a poet, autobiographer and travel writer and in this companion to his volume on Austria has produced a highly readable and most comprehensive guide and writes at length on subjects and places of particular interest to him and to the intelligent visitor. Much more than a mere tourist guide, it explores places seldom visited or known and has a sketch map and an exceptionally fine collection of almost 100 photographs. A1E. First Edition. Hard Cover.
