Melbourne: Heinemann, 1953 Beige cloth with titles in gilt on spine. SIGNED IN BLUE INK BY NEVIL SHUTE NORWAY ON THE TITLE PAGE. The author visited Wellington in 1954 when this title was the latest available for signing. Tight, very slightly tilted, light toning in endpapers, clean pages. The dust jacket is bright, price clipped, rubbed at spine and corners with slight loss, tiny tears at spine ends, protected in a removable clear film sleeve.
