Sobre este artículo
Paul Hamlyn, New South Wales, 1974. Reprint. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Good. Acknowledgements, introduction by author, index of scientific names, index of common names and glossary. Photographic endpapers. The text is profusely illustrated with colour photographs. White coloured boards with dark pink coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper with silver and dark pink coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. This book lists over 600 types of plants, trees, shrubs and vines, including many charming Australian native plants suitable for cultivation which had been neglected in most other books of this kind. The practical information required by any gardener is supplied on each one: the conditions it enjoys, the varieties available, how and when it is propagated, how much cultivation and fertilisation it requires, and its advantages and disadvantages for the average garden. Rubbing of the book edges with some age toning of the text block edges and pages. Some creasing to the top dustwrapper edge with a small tear to the top edge of the front panel. The white coloured background has become dull and sunned and the back strip has almost completely devoid of titles due to sunning. Staining to the lower edge of the back strip. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. [10], 11- 317, [1] pages,. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 1-2 kilos. Category: Gardening; Inventory No: 0288959. .
