Belgian edition, 1938, stapled wraps, text printed in blue. Near Fine with minor fading to the wraps. 2. First American edition, one of 738 copies printed by Bern Porter. 1944, yellow wraps with blue title and text, frontis drawing. Swear words crossed out with marker (as usual). Also Near Fine. Two books.
