Original gilt-lettered parchment-backed boards; fragment of plain original dust wrapper. One of 450 copies of this "Small Complimentary Edition," issued by The Bibliophile Society as a "token of gratitude and appreciation" for Rosenbach as he had allowed them to reproduce his original manuscript of this piece.
