The first numbered page (1/2) has been removed which would be the title page (page 1) and its verso, the copyright page (page 2). Known to have been published in 1933 and as such, is a first edition. The covers are moderately worn on the edges and the spine is chipped at both the head and the tail. The text block edges are soiled and several of the top fore corners of the text pages have small dog eared creases. Previous owner's name (a Pat Gaherty) on the front cover. The interior is quite clean and the flat stapled binding is sound. .
