First Edition (first printing). 8vo. viii + 72pp. Decorated paper-covered boards with black-lettered paper spine and title labels. Boards a little worn at the spine ends, with some light spotting to the edges, half-title and to occasional leaf margins. A very good copy in dust wrapper, tanned at the spine panel, creased in places and with about a third of the spine panel missing and several much smaller areas of edge-loss. A one-page note by the author precedes fifty-two poems, with a printed dedication to Edward Marsh. A slip of paper bearing an inked former owner name has been pasted to the front free endpaper. 1,000 copies were published. Higginson A8..
