Written and beautifully illustrated by Cecil Aldin, British artist known for his paintings and sketches of animals and rural life. Rebacked in quarter cloth binding, original illustrated boards restored. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear only, lightly rubbed to extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Odd light spotting to occasional leaf, otherwise pages bright and clean throughout. Very Good Indeed

Where are We?
Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
