Softening and rubbing of the backstrip edges with rubbing of the top book corners and lower book edges. Age toning and some staining to the textblock edges with little age toning of the pages. A previous owner has underlined, in pencil, some of the text. Previous owners name to the three front end page. Creasing of the dustwrapper edges and rubbing of the panels. Fading of the backstrip, either side of the backstrip and a little to the top edge of the front panel stop some creasing of the front fold over panel.
