Clean pages except for a brown droplet mark on the top edge of the book; no owners' marks; the hard cover shows only mild softening and edgewear at spine ends; the dust jacket has some clear droplet spotting at the lower front, a short tear and crease at the bottom front and another at the top rear, scattered scratches, and some chipping and small tears at corners and spine ends, otherwise sound, now protected in a clear sleeve.
