Together with the publishers associated 32 page booklet titled "Notes From The Editors". In the annals of medicine, considered one of the rarest of all works. One copy with the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow, a second with Royal Society of Medicine, a third at the British Museum and a fourth at Harvard's Countway Library of Medicine.
