Issued by Columbia Records, so may well have come with album recorded by the Busch Chamber Players in London in 1936. Issue date unclear. Intro pages in Japanese. Binding solid. Pages unmarked and only slightly aged. Half-leather cover has a little wear at spine tips; paper portion has gluing bubbles on back. No dustjacket at issue. Slipcase is thin cardboard, heavily stapled, and in Good condition, with some stains but still solid. .
