Sobre este artículo

Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, 1940. Book. Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. First Edition (first printing, with the Scribner 'A' on the copyright page). 8vo. 471pp. Original publishers beige cloth lettered and ruled in black at the spine with Hemingway's facsimile signature black-stamped to the upper board. The cloth somewhat spotted and discoloured, with some considerable fading to the top edge stain, and the original red spine panel blocking now completely faded. Free endpapers toned. About a good copy, very crisp internally, of his classic Spanish Civil war novel. No dust wrapper..
